What Information We Collect
When you sign in with Email, Google, or Apple, TIDEZINE only obtains the basic information needed to create and maintain your member account, such as your name, email address, third-party account identifiers, and login status. When using Google Sign-In or admin two-factor authentication via Google, we only request the basic openid, email, and profile scopes. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google content, and we do not store your Google password, OAuth access tokens, or refresh tokens.
How We Use Your Information
The information above is used solely to verify your identity, create your member account, enable features such as favorites and order history, complete admin two-factor authentication, maintain service security, handle customer support requests, and prevent abuse. Anonymous traffic data is used to understand site performance and content usage, and is not used to identify specific individuals.
Data Retention and Sharing
Member identification data is stored in the controlled databases and hosting services we use, and is processed by our vendors only to the extent necessary to provide our website services. We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising purposes, and we do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties. Disclosure may occur only when required by law or necessary to protect the safety of users or the site, and only to the extent necessary.
Your Rights and Data Deletion You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your member data, and you may revoke TIDEZINE's access at any time through the third-party app permissions settings in your Google Account. After account deletion, related personal data will be deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, except for records required to be retained by law or for resolving transaction disputes.
