From Cease-and-Desist to MOU: ByteDance and Hollywood's Big Six Reach AI Copyright Agreement

The MPA sent ByteDance a cease-and-desist letter back in February. Now the two sides have signed a memorandum of understanding bringing TikTok, CapCut, Dreamina, and all of ByteDance's AI models under a copyright protection framework.
