Solana Foundation Poaches Binance, Polygon Veterans for Strategy and Payments Roles

The Solana Foundation has appointed Rachel Conlan as chief strategy officer and former Polygon Labs executive Jamal Raees as GM of payments, drawing talent from the Binance and Polygon ecosystems respectively.
