Bitwise Launches First US Spot NEAR ETF, Staking Rewards Flow Straight Into NAV

Bitwise Launches First US Spot NEAR ETF, Staking Rewards Flow Straight Into NAV

Most spot crypto ETFs do just one thing: track the price. Bitwise's new NRR is a bit different — it builds staking directly into the fund's structure.

NRR is the first spot NEAR ETP in the US market, issued by Bitwise, charging a 0.75% management fee. The NEAR tokens held by the fund aren't just sitting idle in a custody account — Bitwise stakes them in-house.

Rewards from staking aren't distributed separately — instead, they're reflected in the fund's net asset value (NAV). That means shareholders don't need to do anything extra to indirectly capture this yield just by holding ETF shares.

So far, public materials only cover the fee structure and staking mechanism — no listing date, ticker symbol, or purchase channel details have been released yet.
