Carhartt WIP x Nike Air Max Goadome Low Colorways Surface Ahead of 2026 Holiday Launch

Following their first collaboration in 2018, Carhartt WIP and Nike team up again on the Air Max Goadome Low, revealing two colorways and teasing a third, with design language rooted in the brand's signature workwear aesthetic.

Carhartt WIP and Nike are reuniting for the first time since 2018, this time turning their attention to the iconic Air Max Goadome Low. The Detroit-based workwear brand, known for its street-oriented offshoot, is no stranger to sportswear collaborations, but this project transforms the chunky Goadome silhouette into a low-top version, with exposed Air units and workwear detailing taking center stage visually.

Revealed Colorways and an Unannounced Third Option

Two colorways have been confirmed so far: "Light British Tan" and "Black," corresponding to SKUs IW6306-200 and IW6306-001 respectively, with a suggested retail price of $190. Whether the pair will release simultaneously in Taiwan has not yet been confirmed. A third colorway, "Twilight Marsh," has only had its name revealed so far, with specific materials and upper configuration yet to be disclosed; further details are expected to follow later.

The Original Silhouette's Background and the Significance of This Renewed Focus

The original Air Max Goadome debuted in 2000, known for its visible Air cushioning and all-weather durability, maintaining steady popularity among outdoor and workwear enthusiasts over the years. With this release, Nike is once again channeling resources into this classic silhouette, inviting Carhartt WIP to reinterpret it—transforming a shoe once geared toward the outdoors into a street-ready workwear design bearing Carhartt WIP's distinct identity.

Upper Construction Adjustments and Material Differences

Compared to the original, this Low version features significant adjustments to the upper design, employing more refined overlay treatments and a multi-material layered construction. The shoe body incorporates an extended mudguard, with an open window placed on the side; the edges of this window are finished with stitching reminiscent of the Air Max Tailwind 4, echoing the brand's classic tailoring details from the past. The two colorways show clear material differences: "Light British Tan" interweaves suede, canvas, and leather to create layered earth-tone textures, while "Black" forgoes the mixed-material approach in favor of full leather construction, presenting a cleaner, more unified look.

How Workwear Details Signal the Collaborative Identity

Multiple details throughout the shoe continue Carhartt WIP's signature workwear vocabulary, including round laces fitted with metal D-rings, a metal mini-Swoosh logo, and a leather tongue patch. The side of the shoe is additionally accented with a black Carhartt WIP flag label, serving as one of the primary visual markers identifying this collaboration.

Release Channels and Further Information

The Carhartt WIP x Nike Air Max Goadome Low collection is expected to launch during the 2026 holiday season, with sales channels including Nike SNKRS and select retailers; an exact release date has yet to be announced. Details regarding the "Twilight Marsh" colorway are also expected to be released separately at a later time, with actual rollout arrangements in each region subject to further brand announcements.
