Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026: Dates, Chef Collaborations and Late Hours

The four-day Central Harbourfront event starts October 29, with Edward Lee and Choi Hyun-seok in separately ticketed Tasting Room programmes.

Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026: Dates, Chef Collaborations and Late Hours

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026 runs from October 29 to November 1 at Central Harbourfront Event Space and Tamar Park. Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the four-day event combines wines from around the world, local dining, coffee and chef collaborations beside Victoria Harbour. Tasting Room appearances by Edward Lee and Choi Hyun-seok are among the highlights. Planning starts with distinguishing general admission, food-and-drink tokens and separately sold chef events.

How late does the festival stay open?

Official opening hours are 7:30pm to midnight on October 29; 1pm to 1am the following morning on October 30 and 31; and 1pm to midnight on November 1. Both Friday and Saturday extend to 1am. Entrances are located beside Central Pier 10 and Tamar Park, with arrival plans also depending on transport, entry queues and individual programmes.

Visitors focused on tasting rather than a scheduled meal can choose one or two regions before moving to local dining or coffee stalls. This year’s announced range includes Australian and Korean pavilions, sparkling tea and low-alcohol craft beer, so a group need not share a single wine theme. Portions and token requirements differ; reading the signs first makes a budget easier to manage.

Which events feature Edward Lee and Choi Hyun-seok?

The Time & Taste ten-hands dinner at 7:30pm on October 30 brings Edward Lee together with Chen Zhiping, Lau Yiu-fai, Thierry Marx and Yang Yanbin. Its announced price is HK$2,380 per person. On October 31, Choi Hyun-seok and Edward Voon collaborate on the CHOI. x VOON four-hands lunch from 1:15pm to 3:30pm, announced at HK$1,580 per person. These events are separately ticketed; remaining places should be checked through the Tasting Room information.

The appeal is how different culinary backgrounds respond to a shared theme. An announced chef line-up does not establish every dish, nor does this introduction claim a personal tasting. Dietary requirements should be discussed with the organiser before booking rather than inferred from a chef’s nationality or previous menu.

How do admission and packages differ?

Published standard adult admission is HK$40, with tasting tokens at HK$25 each. Tasting Pass and premium packages combine different token quantities, glasses and access rights. Platform discounts, glass types and additional activities may have separate conditions, so the current checkout details matter more than a single promotional image. General admission does not provide unlimited food and drink or automatically include a Tasting Room meal.

The festival offers a route between Hong Kong flavours and international regions, with the best itinerary depending on interests and time available. Check the Tourism Board’s official event page and Tasting Room programme for dates, ticket types and sessions. For an evening visit, include the return journey in the plan so that both the waterfront setting and the food have room in the schedule.
