Thai Milk Tea Brand Karun Thai Tea to Open First Overseas Branch in October at AIRSIDE, Kai Tak, Kowloon City

Bangkok-founded Karun Thai Tea will open its first overseas branch this October at Kai Tak's AIRSIDE, coinciding with the brand's 7th anniversary, known for its handcrafted Thai milk tea with adjustable sweetness levels.

With nearly 18 locations across Thailand, Karun Thai Tea has decided to make Hong Kong its first stop overseas. The brand will open at Shop 220, Level 2, AIRSIDE in Kai Tak, Kowloon City this October, timing perfectly with Karun's 7th anniversary.

Karun's signature offerings in Bangkok include traditional Thai milk tea, flavored black teas, and a variety of specialty Thai tea creations, all made to order with customizable sweetness — worth noting for those unaccustomed to the typical sweetness level of Thai tea. The Bangkok locations also sell crepe cakes, Thai-style cream puffs, and egg tarts to pair with these drinks, and the Kai Tak branch will likely carry over this same dessert lineup when it opens.

The shop is located at Shop 220, Level 2, AIRSIDE, 2 Concorde Road, Kowloon City. The exact opening date and menu details have not yet been announced.
