KEEN × PHILEO FW26: Three Black Shoes Reach Japan Online November 6
Evanston costs ¥66,000, Targher ¥44,000 and Providence Clog ¥42,350. Red flags, exposed stitches and inside-out construction bring work-shoe elements to the surface.
Parts normally hidden inside work footwear can become its appearance. KEEN and Paris label PHILEO continue their partnership for fall/winter 2026 with Evanston PHILEO, Targher PHILEO and Providence PHILEO Clog, all in black with PHILEO's red flag. Japan's official KEEN online store is scheduled to launch them November 6, followed by selected retailers from November 10. Boots, lace-ups and open-back shoes revisit practical structures separately, beyond sharing one logo.
Evanston brings inner structures outside
The ¥66,000 tax-inclusive Evanston PHILEO reconstructs a work boot, expressing normally hidden toe protection, heel support and carbon-composite elements on the surface. Tall shafts and long laces retain workwear volume. Folding the leather collar reveals botanical drawings inside, offering another upper outline within the same boot.
This inside-out approach turns stitching and joins into details to examine. A small red flag establishes a position against black, while toes and substantial soles retain presence. Decide whether trousers will cover the shaft or reveal its upper edge: perceived boot height changes with that choice.
Long-pile Targher and Providence Clog handle openings differently
Targher PHILEO costs ¥44,000 including tax and updates the previous season's model with long-pile suede, giving a more uneven surface than smooth leather. The ¥42,350 Providence PHILEO Clog draws on KEEN archives, with roughout leather above an outsole mixed with jute. Laces adjust coverage on the former, while the latter leaves the heel more open. Matching colors do not establish an identical way of wearing them.
Targher updates lace-up surfaces with long-pile suede.Providence Clog differs through an open heel and exposed stitching.
All three expose stitches usually concealed inside and use naturally derived Eco Anti-Odor technology. The brand describes a probiotics-based treatment, which does not eliminate cleaning or guarantee complete absence of odor for every wearer. Wearing time, socks, drying and personal fit also shape everyday results, alongside materials and features.
An October installation precedes November footwear sales
PHILEO commissioned photographer Ari Marcopoulos for the fall/winter campaign. A related photographic installation is displayed at Dover Street Market Ginza from October 24. Exhibition and sales dates differ, so that October opening is not a universal Japanese footwear release. Official information says DSMG's sales details will be announced through the store's Instagram.
Follow the KEEN Japan official website for November 6 online and November 10 retail information. When comparing the three, decide between a tall shaft, lace-up coverage and an open heel before examining pile, roughout leather and exposed structures. The collaboration makes functional components visually central, while price, openings and putting shoes on remain meaningful distinctions in daily use.
