Trail shoes usually don't mind getting dirty, but this one might make you think twice before wading in. The latest "Cream II" colorway of the Nike ACG Zegama Hike is built around an off-white base with grayish tan accents, giving it a clean look that almost contradicts its original purpose—after all, this is a shoe designed to trample through mud and gravel.
The Zegama Hike is built on the foundation of Nike's Zegama trail running shoe, stretched upward here into a boot-runner hybrid while keeping the original performance features intact: a collapsible dust collar to keep debris out, a Vibram outsole for grip, and a ZoomX midsole for cushioning—the same formula found in some of Nike's running shoes and skate silhouettes. In other words, this shoe can handle mountain trails just as easily as everyday city wear.
The Zegama Hike hasn't slowed down since its July debut. It first launched in a neon-bright "Life Lime" colorway, followed by a classic all-black version and a "British Tan" option with old-school ACG vibes. This "Cream II" release takes a completely different direction, turning a piece of trail gear into something that looks almost dressed-up.
This isn't the only ACG shoe that's "too clean to get dirty." The lineup also includes an Air Max boot with COMME des GARÇONS-inspired styling, as well as the refined Rufus slip-on—signs that the All Conditions Gear family is leaning further into elevated, style-forward territory.
The "Cream II" is now available on Nike's website for $190. Pricing and release details for Taiwan have yet to be announced.
