10 and 50 look like an odd pairing on paper, but that's exactly where this collaboration starts. SUBU turns 10 this year, BEAMS turns 50 — the two anniversary numbers share no common ground, with the only real overlap being their past collaborations. So under the bPr BEAMS label, the two decided to tie both milestones together through a single slide collection.

First up is the Animal Pattern series, built on heavyweight cotton duck — a durable fabric commonly seen in work boots and tent canvas — printed in three animal patterns: leopard, python, and tiger. Canvas usually reads as tough and no-frills, but printing it with animal patterns gives it a slightly deliberate, "roughed-up-on-purpose" sense of humor. This batch is slated to drop in the September 2026 release window.

A month later, in October, the collection swings to the opposite extreme. The Fake Mouton slides draw on the construction of classic mouton wool coats, with quilted, diamond-stitched uppers and a ring of faux shearling lining the inner collar — the first thing your foot touches when you slip them on. Colors are kept restrained to just black and taupe brown, as if deliberately distancing itself from the loud energy of the previous drop — leopard print handles the excitement, plush fleece brings it to a quiet close.

The two pairs sit at either end of late summer and early winter, and the material logic maps neatly onto the seasons: breathable, durable canvas for September, when the heat hasn't quite let go; quilted padding and faux fur for October, when temperatures actually start to drop. Rather than a one-off commemorative design, it feels more like SUBU's own "wear it indoors or out" logic being borrowed by BEAMS' anniversary project, split across two months and two temperatures to tell the whole story.

Both pairs are currently available for pre-order through official BEAMS channels. Actual pricing and retail details are subject to BEAMS' official announcements.
