HK$558 Brunch with a 50th-Floor Infinity Pool Thrown In — Here's Why This Tsim Sha Tsui Weekend Deal Adds Up

Most brunch deals throw in a glass of bubbly. Swim Club's latest offer throws in the entire 50th-floor infinity pool.

The new Baja Brunch at Swim Club, the rooftop bar at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, is priced at HK$558 per person and runs Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 4pm. Book the brunch and you get access to the 50th-floor infinity pool from noon until 7pm on the day, plus the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi on the 11th floor — nearly seven hours of hotel facility access for the price of one meal.

The menu leans into laid-back SoCal style. Things kick off with beetroot carpaccio served with tortilla chips, guacamole and salsa, followed by an all-you-can-eat seafood spread rotating through yellowtail ceviche, garlic parsley mussels and French oysters. Mains are one per person, with options including beetroot-cured salmon or a vegetarian poke bowl, a fried shrimp po'boy sandwich, and grilled Hawaiian beef skirt steak among the standouts. Dessert is a communal tableside-prepared tres leches for everyone to share.

Drinks are extra. The non-alcoholic package is HK$168 per person, while the package including Prosecco, red and white wine, beer and select cocktails starts at HK$188. Saturdays bring a DJ set, while Sundays are geared toward a more family-friendly vibe.

Address: 50/F, Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Reservations: 3919 6888.
