Portman's Restaurant at The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai isn't waiting for late spring—the festive brunch buffet is already back on the menu, with the carvery station starring a whole Brazilian churrasco-style roast lamb leg, skewered whole and carved tableside. It's easily the most theatrical stop on the entire buffet.
Lined up next to the lamb are slow-roasted prime rib with gravy, roast turkey, teriyaki grilled trout, and roast goose—five meats rotating through, keeping to the classic holiday feast playbook without any gimmicks.
