Nine dates just became twelve, and Supergrass isn't wrapping this up quietly. Just a week after announcing their 2027 UK tour, the band has added three more shows due to ticket demand — one each at Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom, Manchester Academy, and London's O2 Forum Kentish Town. All three cities already had one date apiece, and now every one of them gets bumped up to a two-night stand.
The new dates are April 28 in Glasgow, May 2 in Manchester, and May 8 in London, with tickets going on sale at 10am BST on September 4. This marks the Oxford band's first proper UK tour since their 2025 'I Should Coco' 30th anniversary run.

Announcing the tour, frontman Gaz Coombes said the band is "buzzing to get back into it next year." He explained that their last run was entirely centered around 'I Should Coco,' but this time they're planning to properly dig through their back catalogue, promising to "pull out more hits and deep cuts" for fans, signing off with a rallying "Bring on Spring 27!"
Supergrass announced their split in 2010 before reuniting in 2019, with the band saying at the time that the reunion was about "bringing some happiness into this slightly chaotic world." As for new music, Coombes was blunt when he spoke to NME back in autumn 2024: "This tour is about celebrating what we've done... there's no plan to record new material right now — getting back on stage is what's exciting for us at the moment." He did mention, however, that he's carving out time to write and is gearing up to start work on his next solo album, following up 2023's 'Turn The Car Around.'
