Bitwise Launches Automated Tokenized Stock Portfolios, Zeroing In on Mag 7 and AI Themes

Bundling the Mag 7 tech giants, AI concepts, and robotics themes into a single tradable basket of tokenized stocks—that's the most direct picture of what Bitwise just did.

Bitwise has launched a lineup of automated tokenized stock portfolios, with initial themes focused on Mag 7 and AI. Trading and related infrastructure for the portfolios are backed by Coinbase, while actual execution takes place through the Glider platform.

Breaking down the roles, this is the result of three parties working together: Bitwise designs the theme-based portfolios, Coinbase provides the infrastructure behind the tokenized stocks, and Glider serves as the execution layer where investors actually place orders and hold positions. For investors, there's no need to pick individual stocks like Nvidia or Tesla one by one—instead, they can gain exposure to a whole basket of tokenized stocks based on a given theme.

So far, the publicly available information covers only the general themes and the partnership structure. The actual constituent stocks, fee structure, and official launch timing have yet to be announced.
