EVAN’s Gliddy pop-up in Seongsu until November 3: plush accessories, QR entry and Photoism rewards

EVAN’s official character Gliddy has a pop-up at Kasina Seongsu in Seoul from October 28 to November 3, open daily from 11am to 8pm Korean time at 41 Seongsu-iro 7-gil, Seongdong-gu. Before choosing merchandise, visitors should arrange a Weverse reservation and entry QR: this is not a shop that guarantees unreserved browsing. The related online merchandise went on sale at 11am on October 28, but online orders, pop-up entry and in-store gifts are separate processes.

One crossed eye, one half-closed eye, three everyday objects

Gliddy’s features are distinctive: a black cross on one side, a purple half-closed eye on the other, warm orange ears, a pale face and a small tuft on top. Official photographs show Plush Keyring as a full miniature figure in a white shirt and dark shorts. Light Stick Deco Plush instead combines the character’s head with long purple straps, shifting the purpose towards light-stick decoration. Both look plush, but they are different accessories; actual dimensions should not be inferred from photographic proportions.

Rug flattens the character into an outlined shape, turning its black lines, hands and expression into a larger graphic. These three images are Weverse product photographs, not photographs of the pop-up. The decoration image does not establish that a light stick is included. The KRW category currently lists these products, while some other items are marked sold out; foreign-currency pages may display differently. An online listing does not guarantee matching quantities in-store. Check each channel for final prices, shipping and availability.

Reservation time, late arrival and shopping time are different

Admission uses Weverse reservations: one slot per account and one person per reservation, without transfer or resale. Cancelled places may reopen. Even if a slot is available on the day, visitors must reserve it in real time rather than assume entry at the door. Both admission and purchases require the valid QR from the app or reservation webpage; screenshots are not accepted. Changing slots requires cancelling and booking again, without a guarantee that the new slot remains available. Cancellation should not be treated as a risk-free exchange.

The official guide asks visitors to reach the designated outdoor waiting area 10 minutes before their reservation. Arriving more than 20 minutes after the booked time counts as a no-show and prevents entry. Visits last up to 30 minutes after admission, with no re-entry after leaving. These are three different reference points: the late-arrival allowance is not extra shopping time. The building has no parking, and visitors should avoid excessively early or overnight queues. Fix the reservation first, then arrange nearby cafés and shops around it.

KRW50,000 photocards versus KRW100,000 Photoism

In-store Gliddy purchases earn one random transparent photocard from two designs per KRW50,000. The KRW100,000 example earns two random cards, not a guaranteed complete set. Separately, spending at least KRW100,000 allows one on-site Photoism session with a receipt, limited to once per person on the purchase date. Higher spending does not multiply sessions. Gifts are first come, first served, may run out, and cannot be chosen or exchanged. Purchases cannot be split or receipts combined to obtain additional eligibility. Retailer-specific card designs also mean online and pop-up gifts should not be assumed identical.

Those shopping without travelling to Korea can check order and delivery conditions in the official Weverse sales announcement. Pop-up visitors should read the official entry guide before checking remaining slots. The sales notice requests English delivery addresses for Taiwan and Hong Kong; confirm destination and additional charges before ordering. Separating character design, product purpose and visit rules makes it easier to choose something useful instead of rushing to reach a gift threshold.
