Motorola Razr Gets Swarovski Crystal Treatment Again, This Time in Black
Motorola is rolling out a new Swarovski-collab Razr, featuring Pantone Meteorite black paired with 35 hand-set crystals. It launches September 10, starting at $900.
It's only been a year since that white, crystal-studded Razr, and Motorola is already bringing back the same craftsmanship in a new color. This time it's black—officially dubbed Pantone Meteorite—with 35 hand-set crystals still adorning the body, plus a single 32-facet crystal embedded at the hinge as the phone's visual centerpiece.
Compared to last year's Swarovski collab, this new model pays more attention to detail: the surface features a textured "faux leather stitching" pattern, and it comes with a clear protective case included. Motorola's own marketing line puts it as "protecting the design without hiding its beauty." That's obviously brand-speak, but it does make clear the company wants buyers showing off the crystals, not covering them up.
The hardware specs haven't been bumped up—it's still running on this generation's (2026 model) Razr configuration: a MediaTek Dimensity 7450X chip, 8GB RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. Folded, it has a 3.6-inch outer display; unfolded, a 6.9-inch AMOLED main screen. The main camera comes in at 50MP, with a claimed 36 hours of battery life on a single charge. In other words, this phone isn't selling performance—it's selling the crystals.
This crystal-encrusted Razr goes on sale September 10 for $900. Early buyers will also get a matching pair of crystal-studded Moto Buds 2 Plus earbuds, plus a base-model Moto Watch—essentially a complete themed accessory bundle in one go.
On the same day, Motorola also unveiled the Moto Watch Ultra, priced at $350. The watch supports LTE connectivity and dual-band GPS, features a large OLED display, runs Wear OS by Google, and includes built-in NFC for contactless payments, with a claimed battery life of about two days. It has no direct tie to the crystal Razr, but it's launching alongside it on September 10.
