A silhouette best known for its street-style retro runner look was put through its paces on greens and in bunkers to test grip—this is the most memorable image from Onitsuka Tiger's latest outing. The brand hosted a two-day "Club 66" event at the luxury Finca Cortesin course in Malaga, Spain, to celebrate the official launch of the MEXICO 66™ GOLF—the first golf shoe in Onitsuka Tiger's history.
The guest list spanned multiple markets: British model Lennon Gallagher, Spanish model Gala Gonzalez, Thai actor Dew, Indian actress Sreeleela, and Brunei-born actor Wu Chun. Over the two-day itinerary, the group hit the course to put the shoes through real testing, checking grip and stability on both grass and sand. After each day on the course, they unwound poolside with Spanish cuisine, and the trip wrapped with a farewell dinner set against a coastal sunset, capped off by a live performance from a local musician.
