Samsung Wallet adds 全支付 in Taiwan on November 1: setup and first-payment rewards
Eligible Galaxy phones need Samsung Wallet 6.8.67 or later. The first-payment offer has spending tiers and point caps; the phone draw ends separately on November 30.
One fewer app switch can make paying for everyday supplies simpler. Samsung Taiwan announced on October 30 that Samsung Wallet will integrate 全支付 scan-to-pay from November 1, 2026. Readers with eligible Galaxy phones can plan the feature around their existing wallet habits. October 30 is the announcement date; activation starts November 1, rather than already being available on every phone.
Update Wallet, then add scan-to-pay
Samsung says Wallet must be updated to version 6.8.67 or later. Under “Add card,” choose scan-to-pay, then “全支付” or the option to upgrade PX Pay to 全支付, and complete the relevant steps. This consolidates an entry point inside Wallet. It does not establish support for all Android phones, every Galaxy model or watches. Check the functions available on the actual device and official support information.
For people already organising cards on a Galaxy phone, the change is about reducing a switching step, rather than ranking every payment method. Merchant acceptance and completed account binding still affect use. Confirm the service and amount on screen before paying and review the transaction afterwards. Bank advertising visible behind a publicity demonstration should not be mistaken for this feature’s offer terms.

Up to 5% on the first payment, with limits
After binding 全支付 and paying through Samsung Wallet, the designated first transaction at PX Mart, DaQuanLian and participating 全支付 physical merchants in Taiwan can earn points through January 31, 2027. The offer specifies 3% with no minimum spend, capped at 20 PX points; a single transaction of at least NT$800 qualifies for 5%, capped at 40 points. These are separate tiers, not 3% plus 5% to make 8%, and not an unlimited rate on every later payment.
First-payment eligibility, participating merchants and actual point crediting depend on official terms and account status. Compare the purchase you already intend to make with the threshold and cap rather than increasing spending because of the headline rate. The points promotion extends into 2027, unlike November’s phone draw. Keeping the transaction record helps check whether it was counted under the rules.
The phone draw ends in November
A separate launch-month activity runs through November 30, 2026. Eligible payments offer a chance to win a Galaxy Z Fold8 256GB. Samsung lists a value of NT$59,900 each and ten phones across Taiwan. This is a draw, not a guaranteed phone for meeting a threshold; the prize count does not establish an individual’s odds. Read the full rules without artificially splitting a planned purchase for prizes.
Samsung describes Knox encryption and biometrics as Wallet safeguards; that brand explanation is not a guarantee against every problem. Cards, identity documents and interfaces in promotional graphics can differ by region and do not establish that all depicted functions operate in Taiwan. The practical order is to confirm an eligible phone, update it, set up after November 1 and use it for actual needs. Convenience depends on the shops and steps you really use.
