Red and yellow is a combo Supreme has run with plenty of times before, but this round adds a translucent Air unit to really seal the deal. The Supreme x Nike Air Max 2001 Air Ecstasy layers the brand's signature magenta upper over a yellow midsole, with a silver Air unit peeking through the side — making it the pair that leans hardest into Supreme's streetwear DNA out of the three colorways.

A shorter red version of this shoe already surfaced earlier this year in the Fall/Winter 2026 lookbook, and now the full three-colorway lineup has been officially confirmed. The upper is built from fleece mesh, with 3M reflective TPU logos placed across the sides and heel — the eyelets and dedicated tongue tag get the same reflective treatment, only revealing the full logo outline when hit with light in the dark. The midsole sticks with Phylon foam housing a visible Air bag, while a rubber outsole handles traction, with extra embossed patterns on the heel and midsole. Inside, a co-branded insole rounds things out, with mesh collar lining providing the wrap-around fit.

Beyond the red-and-yellow pair, the other two colorways include a low-key all-black upper option, plus a cleaner look pairing white mesh with an icy blue gradient overlay, matched to a light blue Air unit. All three pairs share the same material language, differing only in mood through color.
