The best part is on the back: Champion × WACKO MARIA brings tigers and bold lettering to REVERSE WEAVE
The first Champion × WACKO MARIA collaboration offers five sweat styles in 11.5 oz REVERSE WEAVE, with Tim Lehi tiger artwork, embroidery and bold back graphics. Japanese tax-inclusive prices start at ¥26,400.
Some sweatshirts reveal their personality only when you turn around. For their first collaboration, Champion and WACKO MARIA combine the familiar REVERSE WEAVE silhouette with tiger artwork, embroidery and oversized back lettering. Released through selected Japanese channels on October 31, 2026, the collection comprises five styles: a crewneck, two pullover hoodies, a zip hoodie and sweatpants.
One REVERSE WEAVE foundation, five different expressions
All five styles use 11.5 oz TERRY FLEECE in 90% cotton and 10% polyester, constructed with Champion’s REVERSE WEAVE approach. The fabric is turned crosswise to reduce lengthwise shrinkage, while side EXPANSION GUSSET panels allow room for lateral stretch and movement. These are the brand’s construction claims, not a guarantee of zero shrinkage after washing. A blue single-color label references the 1970s, and WACKO MARIA created the original patterns. The fit should therefore not be assumed to match a standard Champion garment with a similar name.
The crewneck costs ¥26,400 including Japanese tax. Restrained embroidery on the left chest contrasts with a large tiger print on the back by tattoo artist Tim Lehi. Official product images place front and back together, making that contrast clear. It comes in silver gray, black, amber brown, light blue and pink, in M, L, XL and XXL. Gray or black lets the back artwork take the lead; brown, blue and pink introduce another color element. Actual availability should be checked with the retailer.

Two pullovers put the emphasis on different sides
Both pullover hoodies cost ¥28,600 each including tax, come in silver gray or black, and offer M through XXL, but their graphic layouts differ. One puts large script-style WACKO MARIA lettering across the front, keeping the focal point visible under an open jacket. The other has a combined logo and lettering embroidered at the left chest, with a large WACKO MARIA and PARADISE graphic across the back. The choice is whether your outfits usually emphasize the front or you prefer a graphic that appears when the outer layer comes off.

The zip hoodie is ¥30,800 including tax, again in silver gray or black and M, L, XL and XXL. Left-chest embroidery and a WACKO MARIA back print give it an identity from both sides, even worn open. Compared with a pullover, the zip opening exposes more of an inner T-shirt, shirt or contrasting color. That is a styling option, not a specific warmth rating claimed for the garment.

The sweatpants cost ¥26,400 including tax and come in silver gray or black, in M, L and XL only. Unlike the tops, they do not list XXL. A relaxed silhouette and ribbed cuffs frame embroidery on the left thigh. They can be paired with a matching sweat top or worn separately with an existing wardrobe. Each price is for one garment, not a top-and-bottom set.

Japanese sales channels include Champion’s online store, Champion Harajuku and Brand House Shinsaibashi Osaka, plus WACKO MARIA’s three directly operated stores, its online store and selected authorized retailers. Quantities are limited. The limited release began on October 31; size availability on November 1 depends on each retailer. Taiwanese sales arrangements and local pricing await official information. From chest lettering to a tiger back print or a full gray-and-black look, choosing the graphic placement you will actually wear may be more rewarding than chasing all five styles.
