PUMA GOLF and Saturdays NYC build six pieces around a leopard Clyde

PUMA GOLF and Saturdays NYC released their second collaboration in Japan on 2 October 2026. A leopard CLYDE GOLF leads five apparel and accessory designs, making six styles in total. The original news appeared on 29 September; this is a look back at a design still attracting attention in a recent monthly ranking, not a first release today. The collection places a familiar low-top street silhouette and golf clothing within one palette rather than simply adding a pattern to a shoe.

A historic Clyde outline becomes a leopard golf model

CLYDE first appeared in 1973 as Walt “Clyde” Frazier’s signature shoe. This collaboration uses the golf-adapted CLYDE GOLF, combining leopard uppers, black Formstrips and pale soles. The original lines remain recognizable, while the density of the pattern makes the feet a conspicuous part of an outfit.

The Japanese official price is ¥14,300 including tax, with model number 313956 and colour code 11. These identifiers distinguish it from ordinary Clyde shoes and other Golf colourways. Published underside photographs reveal densely arranged contact patterns, but they do not establish an unverified test result or guarantee identical performance on every kind of grass and in every weather condition.

The area covered by leopard changes each item’s visual weight

A long-sleeve sweater spreads leopard across front and back for ¥19,800 including Japanese tax. A ¥17,600 long-sleeve polo instead concentrates attention on chest lettering and larger plain surfaces. These offer different entry points: one places pattern on the torso, while the other allows shoes and accessories to carry more of it. Every piece does not need to compete equally.

The reversible vest is ¥24,200, two-pleat trousers ¥22,000 and baseball cap ¥7,150, all including Japanese tax. Leopard peeks out around the trousers’ pockets rather than covering them entirely, while the cap concentrates it at the head. By changing scale and position, the six designs can stand separately or form a connected outfit.

Choose around use between the course and the street

Saturdays NYC’s relaxed urban approach meets PUMA GOLF’s sporting identity here. Buyers can first decide whether they want one pair of shoes, a patterned top or a plain layer for repeated combinations. Belonging to one collaboration does not make all six a compulsory set. Relationships between footwear, trousers and tops are more useful than copying a campaign image in full.

Announced channels include official websites, selected directly operated shops and retailers, but locations differ by item and limited footwear does not guarantee current sizes. The official Saturdays NYC collaboration introduction provides the design background before checking individual product availability. All prices above are announced Japanese tax-inclusive prices, not converted final costs in other markets.
