Step off the train at Douliu Station, and you haven't even reached the hotel lobby before Conan's world catches up with you. Janfusun Fancyworld Resort isn't just slapping a collab logo on the wall this time — it secured an overseas-exclusive license and built out five full character-themed rooms, plus a dedicated "Conan shuttle" running straight from the station. The line between reality and anime basically dissolves over one short ride.
Each of the five room types channels a different character's personality: the playful energy of the Junior Detective League, the mysterious glamour of Kaito Kid, the East-meets-West rivalry of Shinichi Kudo and Heiji Hattori as Japan's sharpest high school detectives, and the enigmatic Rei Furuya (Amuro Tooru). Every stay comes with an "exclusive check-in collector's set" — a room key sleeve, a random character transparent card, and a scene-themed key card. The shuttle requires booking 7 days in advance and spots are limited. Book before the end of August and get a bonus limited-edition Conan felt tote bag.

Five Character Afternoon Teas — Even the Desserts Are in Character
The stay package includes one character-themed afternoon tea, with dedicated dessert-and-drink sets for Conan, Ran, Kogoro Mouri, Kaito Kid, and Rei Furuya, each served with a coaster and a random collectible character card. Non-guests can order individual sets too, at NT$350 each. The hotel is also hosting character meet-and-greets and handshake sessions during tea time, letting fans get up close for photos — it feels less like a standard hotel perk and more like a Conan movie fan event relocated to the second floor.
The second-floor JR shop has a dedicated Conan merch corner stocked with popular items; spend NT$399 or more and get a free limited random character poster.
The stay package is priced at NT$5,000 per room for two guests, including one night's stay with two meals (buffet breakfast and the exclusive Conan afternoon tea). Additional guests: NT$1,300 for adults, NT$1,100 for children aged 5–12. Address: No. 67-8, Gukeng Township, Yunlin County. Phone: 05-582-8500. For bookings, check the hotel's official website.
