Wu Bai’s Rock Star 1 Arrives November 13: 13 Live Tracks, “Brothers” and What the Signed Bonus Actually Includes
Preorders are open for a deluxe live album with a 46-page photo book and four commemorative cards. The 1,000-set limit concerns the signed logo-card gift; the 2027 Rock Star 3 tour remains in planning.
Wu Bai & China Blue’s Rock Star 1 concert highlights album opened for preorder on October 23, with release planned for November 13. It collects 13 live recordings plus bonus track “Brothers,” turning a tour interrupted by the pandemic into something listeners can revisit. Plans for Rock Star 3 in 2027 have drawn attention alongside the physical release, but an album preorder and a future concert are separate matters: dates and collectible contents need separate readings.
What comes in the box besides one CD?
The announced package contains a deluxe box, a 46-page photo book, a set of four Rock Star 1 shield commemorative cards and one CD. The limited preorder gift is a 35th-anniversary logo card signed by all four members—Wu Bai, Shiao Ju, Big Cat and Dino—with 1,000 sets available. That limit applies to the signed gift, not an overall album production run of only 1,000 copies. Retailers, editions and gift allocations should be checked individually.
Rockmall’s signed-edition preorder announcement set the opening for noon on October 23, limited to one item per order while supplies last, with shipping following the planned release. Those are the retailer’s published ordering conditions, rather than confirmation that signed stock remains available when checked. Compare the edition name, whether the card is included and the payment deadline before buying, so the standard edition and the signed-gift edition are not confused.
How do 13 live songs preserve the band’s division of roles?
The official track list runs from “Tear Bridge” and “Ocean Waves” through “The End of Love,” “I Want to Fly” and “Let Water Flow Backwards,” and includes “Last Dance,” “Evening Wind” and “Meng Xing Shi Fen.” Wu Bai selected these live versions. The point is not to squeeze every song onto one disc, but to preserve a path through the tour. For listeners familiar with studio versions, the live arrangements and sequencing offer another way into the material.
China Blue’s parts combine Shiao Ju’s bass, Big Cat’s keyboards, Dino’s drums and Wu Bai’s guitar and vocals; these live recordings also include horns. “Brothers,” a song written for a mobile game in 2022, is listed separately from the 13 live tracks. It makes the four members’ long collaboration another commemorative thread, without presenting a future 35th-anniversary performance as something already recorded.

Looking back at Rock Star 1 and forward to Rock Star 3
The tour began in 2018 and spanned six years, 36 stops and 52 shows, pausing during the pandemic before restarting in 2022. The new highlights album returns to that journey. A different production, Rock Star 2, concluded a 58-show tour this September. Distinguishing the series by number keeps productions and timelines clear, rather than treating three names as a single event.
Wu Bai has begun preparing Rock Star 3, provisionally planned to start in Kaohsiung in June 2027 and move into larger venues. Exact locations and ticketing details await formal announcements. China Blue also reaches its 35th anniversary in 2027. What can presently be confirmed is the November 13 album release plan, the physical package and the track list; the next live journey belongs to forthcoming performance announcements.
