The Baker & The Bottleman on Wan Chai's Lee Tung Street — known for its British-style artisan bakes by day and meat-sharing dinners by night — is bidding farewell to the street this year. After more than four years in business, this bakery-cum-restaurant, founded by the team behind Roganic, is relocating to the neighbouring district of Causeway Bay's Leighton Road, with an opening date targeted for mid-to-late November.
Before the official move, there will be a brief gap in operations: the ongoing barbecue-themed pop-up collaboration with Marrow has been extended until September 30, after which the shop will close from early to mid-October to prepare for the relocation works.
The Baker & The Bottleman is currently located at Shop G14 & G15, G/F and 1/F, Lee Tung Street, 200 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai. Reservations: 2386 8933. The exact address and menu details for the new Leighton Road location have yet to be officially announced.
