Chupa Chups Plans Three-Day Halloween Pop-Up at Huashan
October 30–November 1 brings a gecko challenge, candy carousel and mirror wall. Tianmu’s October 26 warm-up and Xinyi’s Halloween-night party are separate events.
Chupa Chups will bring its Halloween pop-up 搗蛋加倍FUN樂園 to Jinba Plaza at Taipei’s Huashan 1914 Creative Park from October 30 to November 1. The brand event turns gummy geckos, lollipops and colourful packaging into interactive challenges, a mirror wall and a candy-carousel photo area, with tastings and a mission-based capsule machine. The Huashan event has not opened yet; published images are design renderings. For a month-end visit, distinguish the activities and the earlier finish on the final day.

Three days at Huashan, with different closing times
The main event is at Jinba Plaza, No. 1, Section 1, Bade Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei. Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31 run noon–20:00; Sunday November 1 runs noon–19:00, an hour earlier. The official venue page confirms the difference. Treating it as a short city stop makes planning easier than assigning every Halloween activity to one evening.
Bright-yellow structures, a red capsule machine and oversized lollipop symbols enlarge familiar candy shapes to body scale. Renderings combine bats, spiderwebs, pumpkins and colourful geckos in a bright, playful Halloween vocabulary, with a brand timeline and product display alongside. Beyond photographs, these details show packaging, graphics and products being translated into space.
Gecko, mirrors and carousel offer different interactions
Of the three highlights, the neon-gecko adventure focuses on hand-eye coordination and reactions. The mirror wall frames visitors with lollipop, flower and gecko outlines, while the Chupa Chups carousel uses candy forms as a photo setting. The challenge invites participation; the latter two emphasise images and positioning. Visitors can choose their pace around the interests of their companions.

A lollipop-superhero character is also planned to appear around Huashan with tastings of popular lollipop lines. The capsule mission requires completing one designated challenge and a tasting, then commenting on the specified social post and tagging two friends. This provides a chance to use the giant machine. Merchandise and return flights to Tokyo are listed among prizes, but participation does not guarantee a win; redemption and prize details follow the published on-site rules.
Tianmu today and Xinyi’s night party are separate sessions
Today, October 26, the brand plans a warm-up at Tianmu Halloween from 13:00 to 20:00 in Tianmu Sports Park, No. 77, Section 2, Zhongcheng Road, Shilin District. The Tianmu business association has announced that the main celebration was postponed to October 26 because of the typhoon. It is separate from the three-day Huashan pop-up beginning October 30. Anyone considering Tianmu today should follow the day’s announcements and weather conditions rather than waiting for the Halloween weekend.
Another collaboration is the Shopee VIP low-key Halloween party at Taihu Xinyi from 21:00 on October 31 until 01:00 on November 1, at No. 68, Section 5, Zhongxiao East Road, Xinyi District. The brand plans check-in gifts and an additional photo task with its lollipop superhero. This is a night party, rather than extended Huashan opening. Tianmu today, Huashan at the weekend and Xinyi at night have separate places, schedules and interactions; choosing the intended setting prevents mistaking one announcement for continuous opening at a single location.
