DOD and MAX Bring Black Rabbit Camping Gear to Emart on October 30
Six products translate Korean pocha dining into black camping gear, including an 18 cm pot with a dual-purpose wooden lid, a tent-shaped light and a CORDURA bag. The available notices do not state prices.
DOD brings the atmosphere of a Korean street-side pocha into black cookware, drinking vessels and a tent-shaped light. Working with gas-appliance brand MAX and Emart, it is introducing six Black Rabbit Pocha Edition camping products, scheduled for exclusive sale at Korean Emart stores from October 30 alongside the local SSG Day shopping event. A new report on October 27 follows information already announced the previous day. As of today, this remains a launch preview rather than a recommendation for stock already available to collect.
Six products connect cooking, serving and packing
The range comprises a high-flame burner, camping gas, a camping pot, a tokkuri serving-vessel and cup set, a Big Kinoko light and a Camper Bag. Pocha here evokes a Korean tented street-food stall. The idea is not that a tent or full dining table comes with the range, but that heating, serving, sharing drinks and lighting use a related visual language. Bringing objects with different functions together also makes the sequence of setting out a meal easier to understand.
Official press photographs unify the main surfaces in black, accented by white rabbit graphics, MAX branding and small touches of red. The collaboration rabbit on the bag appears to wear a red MAX headband, while coloured dots appear on the gas canister and lampshade. This makes the wooden lid’s grain stand out. Beyond adding a logo to existing items, the arrangement puts the different textures of a soft bag, reflective drinking vessels, wood and a lampshade onto the same table.
Details of the serving vessel, cups and tent-shaped light retain the original rabbit logos and coloured dots.
The 18 cm pot and wooden lid change roles
The black aluminium camping pot measures 18 cm in diameter, with a wooden lid that can be turned over for use as a chopping board or serving plate. Product photographs place the lid separately beside the tableware, illustrating the transition from covering a pot to serving a meal. Its distinction is the different uses of one object, rather than a claim to large capacity or a specific number of diners. Comparing this size with cookware already owned is a useful first step before choosing another configuration.
The high-flame burner separates its fuel-supply section from the burner head through a hose. The range also includes collaboration camping gas in a 230 g format. These describe structure and packaging, rather than proving heating speed, burn time or compatibility with every canister; the photographs are brand-staged displays. The tokkuri vessel and cups shift attention towards pouring and serving, taking the collaboration beyond cooking equipment into the objects used during a meal.
A brand-staged table brings together the cookware, wooden lid, drinking vessels and hanging light.
A tent becomes a small light, then returns to one black bag
The Big Kinoko light draws its outline from DOD’s signature Kinoko tent, pairing a transparent lower section with a coloured-dot roof and contrasting in scale with the black cookware. The photographs show it on a table and suspended by a cord nearby, but an illuminated image alone cannot establish battery life, brightness or a waterproof rating. The Camper Bag uses CORDURA P/610D fabric and is designed to hold the burner, pot, tableware and light, gathering the table’s separate objects for carrying.
This is DOD’s first Emart collaboration and a channel-exclusive range; Highlight Brands operates DOD in Korea. The October 30 sales date is announced, but the available product notices do not state prices or allocations by store. There is insufficient basis to present six products as a fixed-price discounted bundle. For those interested in the intersection of camping gear and everyday tableware, the black palette, dual-purpose wooden lid and tent-shaped light offer concrete design details to consider before choosing under the retailer’s published purchasing terms.
