What actually earns a second look only emerges once you're seated inside: perforations on the seats that only become visible once the cabin lighting comes on, with tones that shift subtly depending on the angle. This isn't design meant to wow you at first glance—it's built to reward you for sticking around a little longer.
Both new Black Label themes draw inspiration from landscapes—sounds like marketing copy, but it actually translates into concrete material choices. Eminent Hour is inspired by a desert sunset, pairing Tranquil Dusk Menorca leather with warm-toned stitching, copper-finished open-pore ash wood trim, and an ebony headliner for a deep, saturated palette. Elysian Light, meanwhile, evokes sunrise over water, combining Soft Cloud leather with Still Water Blue interior accents and pearlescent ash wood for a noticeably cooler, brighter tone. Both share the same underlying trick—colors and textures that reveal themselves gradually with the ambient light rather than all at once. That's the real story of this interior.
Beyond the 48-Inch Screen, a Cabin That Adjusts Itself
The dashboard keeps the signature layout Nautilus has carried in recent years: a 48-inch panoramic display spans most of the width above the cabin, putting navigation and driving info high in the driver's line of sight, while a secondary center screen handles closer-reach controls. The 2027 model year comes standard with built-in Google Maps and Google apps, plus four years of connected service included. There's a lot of information packed into this system, but what makes it visually convincing is how the screens integrate into the overall interior lines—rather than looking like a tablet stuck onto the dash.
The new Renew Package on Reserve trim extends the Rejuvenate system, syncing visuals, sound, seat position, and climate settings when the vehicle is parked. The 24-way front seats gain massage functionality, layered with Digital Scent for added ambiance. The whole setup makes the cabin feel choreographed—lighting, seat comfort, and screens working in concert, rather than tech features stealing the spotlight on their own.
Two New Paint Colors and Powertrains—Best Judged in Person
On the exterior, five wheel designs span 19 to 22 inches, and the Jet Appearance Package brings gloss black detailing across several configurations—an incremental update that stays true to the existing wide, horizontal design language. Two new paint colors join the lineup: Nocturnal Blue, a matte blue, and Frosted Fig, a Black Label-exclusive magenta-red hue developed specifically to complement the warmer-toned Eminent Hour interior. Powertrain options remain gas and hybrid, with the hybrid producing a combined 285 horsepower.
The 2027 Nautilus is now open for ordering, with deliveries expected to begin in early 2027; pricing has yet to be announced. More than the specs, what's really worth confirming on the Monterey show floor is whether these interior details actually hold up as the light changes.
