Samsung Crew launches: more than 30 creators share three months of AI-appliance life

Understanding how AI appliances enter everyday life can begin with different households, as well as specification sheets. Samsung Electronics announced its Samsung Crew appliance-creator program in Korea on November 1. More than 30 members of its first cohort will share home-use experiences over the next three months. Already active on YouTube, Instagram and blogs covering homes, interiors, parenting and everyday life, the creators are intended to extend appliance stories from display spaces into lived-in homes, making different routines part of the content.

From a Cheongdam kickoff to individual homes

The first cohort’s kickoff took place on October 30 at CGV The Private Cinema in Cheongdam, introducing the program and its future direction while allowing members to meet. Official photographs show the program name on a large screen as creators pose with signs; a separate photo area combines balloons and appliance graphics. This was an opening ceremony for a creator collaboration, centered on building connections, rather than an appliance exhibition open to general consumers.

Members will use their own living spaces as settings for introducing Samsung AI appliances through their individual lifestyles. For readers, the useful questions extend beyond how many functions a product offers: where is it placed, when is it used, and how does it fit an existing routine? Parents, interior enthusiasts and everyday-life creators may ask different questions. Choosing a viewing angle based on personal needs can make the content more concrete than remembering a technology label alone.

Beyond features: delivery, installation and aftercare

Samsung also broadens the scope to experiences before and after use, including delivery, professional installation and aftercare. Bringing an appliance home often involves placement, installation conditions and subsequent maintenance, details that matter alongside long-term convenience. Creators are expected to describe their own experiences, while products and households differ. Their videos and posts can serve as examples of a process, to be compared with official service information in the reader’s own location.

The collaboration has an explicit background of brand support. Samsung says it will provide current AI appliances suited to personal preferences and living environments, plus opportunities to join official brand events, special seminars and classes. Future content should therefore be read in the context of a brand-supported creator collaboration. Personal experiences can offer useful perspectives, while readers can also check each piece’s partnership disclosure, product model and specific conditions to understand the setting behind a recommendation.

Exchanging user feedback and content skills

Members will exchange approaches to connecting appliances and techniques for filming content. The program therefore includes not only individuals explaining products, but also ways of making household operations understandable on screen. Samsung plans to gather user opinions as input for product and service improvements. That is the direction announced by the brand; future work and official updates will show what changes follow.

Anyone researching AI appliances can begin with a frequent household task, then follow relevant demonstrations: is the main concern living space, installation support or coordination between devices? This announcement concerns a three-month first cohort in Korea, and does not announce a parallel Taiwan launch or public application process. Content is expected on members’ own platforms, adding an everyday entry point to product introductions and allowing viewers to bring their own questions.
