Turning a sneaker into something that looks like a bowling shoe might sound like a joke, but le PÈRE means business this time.

PUMA teamed up with Lower East Side label le PÈRE to reinterpret the classic Suede silhouette, drawing inspiration from vintage French bowling shoes and filtering it through le PÈRE's signature "Gentle Man" aesthetic. The upper is done in full suede with a narrowed last, and the standout detail is the split-toe design, pulling the naturally sporty Suede toward a more understated, gentlemanly vibe.

Details include a dual PUMA x le PÈRE logo print at the heel panel, with the shoe done up in a mainly off-white colorway and a pop of green tucked inside the lining—a cool-warm contrast that adds a bit of playfulness to the otherwise low-key design.

This marks the first drop in PUMA and le PÈRE's collaboration for the season, kicking off their FW26 collection together. The shoe will release exclusively at le PÈRE's flagship store in New York on August 23, 2026, with a live performance by rapper Isaiah Rashad on-site. For now, this store is the only confirmed point of sale, with no other release channels announced.
