CARNIVAL × AROMA puts streetwear graphics on coffee: two capsule boxes at THB250 and THB350

Thai brand CARNIVAL and AROMA offer Peru Yellow Geisha and Beehive Espresso capsules. We examine the black packaging, red capsules, ten-capsule prices and machine compatibility.

CARNIVAL × AROMA puts streetwear graphics on coffee: two capsule boxes at THB250 and THB350

A streetwear brand’s identity need not stay on a T-shirt or sneaker. Thailand’s CARNIVAL and AROMA place oversized branding on coffee boxes for their Coffee Capsule Special Series, offering Peru Yellow Geisha and Beehive Espresso. Launched on October 16, 2026, they are currently listed at THB350 and THB250 respectively on the official product pages, with ten capsules per box. Start with flavour, graphics and equipment; the collaboration logo need not make the decision alone.

Black, yellow and red: boxes and capsules do different visual jobs

The official Peru Yellow Geisha image places a black rectangular box on a rough grey surface surrounded by red capsules. Vertical white CARNIVAL lettering occupies one side of the front; a yellow figure fills the other, with a red AROMA mark above. Black, yellow and red are distributed between the box and capsules, leaving the outer packaging to carry the illustrative story while the small object placed in the machine remains a simple block of colour. From a tabletop-design perspective, their visual density is deliberately different.

Beehive Espresso keeps the black background and vertical brand lettering, replacing the figure with an orange bee, leaves and fruit. Their shared structure identifies the boxes as a series before the illustration and product name distinguish them. Read as small packaging designs, the large front lettering, ten-capsule symbol in a lower corner and finer tasting notes at the bottom each establish a different place for brand, quantity and contents information.

Floral-fruity or chocolate-caramel: how do the prices compare?

How should you choose? The brand describes Peru Yellow Geisha through jasmine, orange blossom, passion fruit and kiwi, recommending Americano or espresso preparation. These are labelled flavour cues rather than a recipe for fruit or floral syrup. Beehive Espresso lists dark chocolate, caramel and a full body, along with Honey Process. They offer two directions: floral-fruity descriptions on one side, cocoa-caramel descriptions on the other. Equipment and serving volume will also affect the brewed result.

For ten capsules, a THB350 Peru Yellow Geisha box works out at approximately THB35 each; a THB250 Beehive Espresso box at THB25 each. The difference is THB100 per box or THB10 per capsule. That calculation uses official box prices, excluding milk, water and equipment costs. If you regularly drink black coffee, compare the flavour directions you already enjoy. If adding milk, consider whether you want a brighter aromatic profile or a fuller coffee outline.

Beyond the ten-capsule count, check your coffee machine

Machine compatibility is another practical question before buying. The photographed box side clearly states ten capsules and compatibility with Nespresso machines, but does not list every supported model there, so it should not be taken to mean every coffee machine is suitable. The red-capsule close-up shows a metal shell and silver sealing foil. That describes the product format; its shape alone does not establish how every machine operates. Check your equipment first, then the flavour you want, rather than resolving a size issue after purchase.

The official Peru Yellow Geisha page and Beehive Espresso page provide current prices and purchase information. What makes this collaboration interesting is its use of streetwear imagery on packaging repeatedly picked up, opened and brewed from each day. Let the contents, frequency of use and machine participate in your choice, rather than treating the coffee box solely as another collectible.
