Yo-Chi opens at Bangkok’s centralwOrld: building your own frozen yogurt at THB73 per 100 grams

Australia’s Yo-Chi opened its first Thai venue in Bangkok on October 23. A guide to pricing by weight, seasonal flavours and the officially listed evening hours at Groove on the second floor.

Yo-Chi opens at Bangkok’s centralwOrld: building your own frozen yogurt at THB73 per 100 grams

Choose frozen yogurt, add toppings and weigh the completed cup: a gathering can begin with a dessert you put together yourself. Australian frozen-yogurt brand Yo-Chi opened its first Thai venue on October 23, 2026, on the second floor of the Groove zone at Bangkok’s centralwOrld. Opening information lists a price of THB73 per 100 grams. The brand envisages a place to meet without relying on alcohol, making how people spend time there part of the proposition alongside the frozen treats.

THB73 per 100 grams: turn weight into a budget

How can you estimate a budget? At the announced rate, 200 grams comes to THB146 and 300 grams to THB219. These are calculations by weight, rather than fixed cup or set-menu prices. One easily overlooked detail of self-service is that toppings add to the total weight too. Decide on a base quantity first, then choose one or two focal toppings. To compare flavours, place two bases side by side rather than covering the whole surface with toppings immediately.

Opening coverage lists around ten flavours and over thirty toppings. Classic options include Signature Tart, Salted Butterscotch, vanilla and chocolate. The Thai website also places coconut, mango and matcha among a seasonally changing range. The brand says its dairy range uses fresh Australian milk, while coconut is made with coconut cream and labelled vegan. Consider the base and toppings separately instead of applying one flavour’s dietary designation to the whole cup.

Choose the base and toppings separately, with seasonal changes in mind

Local additions for the Thai opening include Thai milk tea jelly, Thai mango, coconut chips and Pipo fruit jelly, alongside options such as fruit, cookie dough and mini Taiwanese mochi. One way to build a cup is by texture: choose a fruit and something with more bite, or leave part of the frozen yogurt uncovered so you can taste separate areas. This offers an order for making choices without assuming everyone wants the same sweetness or portion size.

New-store images also show the social side. In the brand’s published opening photographs, Win Metawin sits at a wooden table, spoon in hand, facing frozen yogurt topped with fruit; another set shows customers and a koala character. Wooden tables, colourful walls and takeaway-style cups put photographing and eating into the same setting. A photograph of two people holding one cup also suggests how making a combination can become a conversation about flavours between friends.

Groove 2/F, G212: what are the official closing times?

For an after-dinner visit, use the hours currently listed on the official Thai venue page: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–23:00, and Sunday, 10:00–23:30. A weekly timetable is more useful for planning than simply saying a place stays open late, allowing dinner, dessert and the journey home to be arranged separately. The venue is unit G212 on Groove’s second floor. Locate it within the mall first, rather than treating all of centralwOrld as one entrance.

The full address is 999/9 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330; the venue phone is 083-432-2377. Consult Yo-Chi Thailand’s official venue page and flavour guide. For a first visit, use weight to manage the portion, a few toppings to establish your own combination, and leave time to talk. A self-directed cup need not copy the portion seen in a photograph.
