GUESS JEANS and Wasted Youth put tulips and neon green into four everyday pieces
The collaboration went on sale October 24 with striped and graphic tees, loose denim and a two-pack of underwear. Japanese tax-inclusive prices run from ¥6,050 to ¥22,000; stock differs by store.
GUESS JEANS and VERDY’s Wasted Youth have released four collaborative clothing styles, on sale since October 24, 2026. Instead of building an extensive wardrobe, the collection connects a striped tee, graphic tee, loose denim and a two-pack of underwear through skate culture and American denim. Japanese tax-inclusive prices range from ¥6,050 to ¥22,000. Skateboards, railings and graffiti provide the campaign’s styling context; the four products themselves deserve a closer look.

Stripes and tulips work at different distances
The STRIPE TEE costs ¥10,450 and draws from archival GUESS stripes, placing Wasted Youth lettering within the bands across the chest. Photographs show multicoloured horizontal stripes against black: the palette registers first, then the central text comes into focus. The collaboration gains its identity through the garment’s overall rhythm. It can connect with black denim or leave a distinct horizontal section visible beneath an open jacket.
The striped tee and its chest lettering lie across a skateboard.
The GRAPHIC TEE costs ¥9,350, adding flowers to Wasted Youth’s tulip-can graphic. A large bouquet on the white back is more prominent than the smaller lettering on the front, giving each side a different pace. The two tees therefore have distinct roles: all-over bands establish the striped version’s presence, while the floral version uses empty space to frame its image. They offer more than two colours of the same graphic treatment.

Denim and underwear carry separate details
The DENIM LOOSE is ¥22,000, combining a washed-black finish and loose cut with a patch that reworks the GUESS eagle in Wasted Youth’s language. Rear-waist and pocket close-ups show a brown patch and triangular mark positioned separately against dark denim. Identity is concentrated at the waist and back rather than spread as an all-over print, allowing the wash and silhouette to remain the main visual elements.

The 2 PACK UNDER costs ¥6,050 for two boxer briefs, one white and one black. Its waistband uses Wasted Youth’s fluorescent green with black lettering. It occupies a different layer from the denim patch: one detail belongs to the outer trousers, the other appears at an underwear edge. The campaign deliberately exposes that waistband as a styling choice; the underwear and denim remain separately sold products.

The partnership predates this release
The collection grows from Nicolai Marciano and VERDY’s relationship across Los Angeles and Japan, including skate-related events at Osaka’s Henry’s PIZZA, a Tokyo pop-up and VERDY becoming a creative partner in 2025. October 2026 brings these four Wasted Youth products to market; the creative partnership itself began earlier. Punk and skate influences connect with basic clothing through the campaign’s everyday street settings.
Retail locations include GUESS JEANS flagships in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Berlin and Amsterdam, selected Japanese retailers including BLACKDOTS, and TUNE in Korea. Product availability and stock vary by location. Japanese information is accessible through the official GUESS JEANS portal. Identifying the stripes, floral back, rear-waist patch and fluorescent waistband first, then checking actual sizes and stock, makes the differences between the four pieces easier to understand.
